We use USPS or Fed Ex, and a choice of carriers for freight.
Yes, when we ship the order, tracking will be emailed to you the same day. We use UPS and Speedy Delivery.

We can fit 96 case packs of 12 and 30 case packs of 36 on a pallet.

Refunds or credits for damaged product will be honored within 60 days from receipt of order. We do require order number, pictures of product along with lot number, expiration date and quantity. Please send to orders@chocolatestory.com

Take a picture of the box.
Send it to orders@chocolatestory.com and we will credit you.

We pack 36 tubs in a case (minimum of 2 cases). Our website allows you to place individual flavors in sets of 12.
Yes, we private label! Labels must be pre-purchased in sets of 2500 per flavor. Some artwork fees may apply. Each time you order, you must order in minimum quantities of 720 tubs per flavor.
